Hopa District Governor Mr. Abdullah Arslantürk, who was appointed as the District Governor of Afşin, Kahramanmaraş, by Presidential Decree No. 2026/148, paid a farewell visit to our Dean, Prof. Dr. Orhan Şimşek.
